CONTEST KFG 2020
Article 1. Organizer
This contest is organized by Research Institute for Chromatography BV (hereafter “RIC”) having its registered office at President Kennedypark 26, 8500 Kortrijk, Belgium, registered in the Belgian Register of Legal Entities with enterprise number BE 0428.603.012 and with contact e-mail info@richrom.com.
Article 2. Contest
The contest will take place via the virtual booth of RIC biologics (part of RIC BV) at the Knowledge for Growth 2020 Digital Event (“KfG2020”). Registered attendees of KfG2020 can participate in the contest by sending the answers to the contest questions via the Contact Form on the RIC biologics website (www.RIC-biologics.com). At the end of the KfG2020, three (3) winners will be selected based on the answers and contacted for the rewards. More information on the contest will be distributed via the LinkedIn page of RIC biologics.
Article 3. Contestants
The contest is available for all registered attendees of KfG2020, excluding RIC employees. Contestants should be at least 18 years of age.
Article 4. Participation
Participation by sending the answers to the contest questions to RIC biologics via the contact form on www.RIC-biologics.com by using their professional e-mail address and subject “impurity kfg2020”. Each contestant can only participate once. In the case of multiple participations, RIC will only consider the first participation.
Article 5. Online
Participation by sending the answers to the two (2) contest questions listed in the comments section of the LinkedIn contest post of Monday September 7th 2020 to RIC biologics via the contact form on www.RIC-biologics.com by using their professional e-mail address and subject “impurity kfg2020”. Each contestant can only participate once. In the case of multiple participations, RIC will only consider the first participation.
Article 6. Reward
At the end of the contest, RIC biologics will select three (3) winners each eligible for one of the following rewards:
1st prize: Marshall Mid A.N.C. Wireless Headset
2nd prize: Jabra Speak 510 Conference Box
3rd prize: Sandberg Webcam Pro+ 4K
The winners will be notified via the professional e-mail address provided, as well as any practical details on delivery of their reward.
Article 7. Duration
The contest will run from Monday September 7th 2020 3.05PM CEST until Friday September 11th 2020 5.00PM CEST. Winners will be selected and notified by Friday September 18th 2020 5.00PM CEST latest.
Article 8. Acceptance terms and conditions
By participating via the contact form on www.RIC-biologics.com, contestants agree to the current terms and conditions.
Article 9. Modification or cancellation of the contest
RIC retains the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time. RIC cannot be held accountable for this.
Article 10. Misconduct
In case of misconduct, deceipt or cheating, RIC retains the one-sided right to exclude the participant from the contest.
Article 11. Personal data
Personal data will be processed according to the privacy statement of RIC (www.RIC-biologics.com/privacy-statement).
Article 12. Liabilities
RIC cannot be held liable for possible damages as a result from this contest (e.g. abuse by third parties). The contest is in no way affiliated, approved, endorsed or sponsored by LinkedIn or Knowledge for Growth 2020 or flanders.bio.
Article 13. Applicable law and competent courts
These terms and conditions are subject to Belgian law. All disputes shall be submitted to the court of Ghent.
